After placing your order with Coastal Auto Transport, don’t worry about losing your deposit. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will give a full refund.
Coastal Auto Transport is here for you the customer and we hope the information found on our website helps with your move. There is a lot of fine print in our industry, and some companies will keep your deposit or make it very difficult to receive a refund. A lot of these companies use YOUR signed contract and point to THEIR terms and conditions making it a fight for the returned deposit. We see no reason to put you in a situation like this. Call us and let up explain how we are different!!
There is one thing we want to clarify. As soon as we find a carrier that fits your schedule, we’ll contact you immediately. *If you accept the terms, we have fulfilled our part of the deal and your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Q: What if I cancel my order before you find a carrier?
A: Then you get 100% of your deposit back. Just send us an Email with your info and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: What if my vehicle is assigned to a carrier and then I decide to cancel?
A: This is the only time that we cannot offer you a full refund. In this situation, you would be refunded any amount you paid less the deposit.
Q: Are some vehicles harder to transport than others?
A: YES, in some cases there are more vehicles in an area than there are transporters. Other variables like size, weight and, pickup/delivery flexibility can affect your transport.
